Surprised there were no toilet seats in some toilets, the toilet lid in our room is broken, there is no ac so a single fan is supplied which was very difficult to position on 3 people. We asked for another but they did not give us one. The towels supplied for the pool were stained with what appeared to be makeup. The complimentary mini body cream and gel were half empty. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Torbole.
The location is perfect, right on the lake with truly breathtaking views. Breakfast each morning was excellent, and if you have the opportunity, I highly recommend booking a table for dinner—the food is outstanding and was one of the highlights of our trip.

"The floor is a bit cold.
Modern and clean.
You have to ask for the tee and water boiler.
By default nothing in the room if you want any thing that is already mentioned in booking you have to ask for it. It's a bit weird and make me feel uncomfortable asking every day for a simple thing like tee or coffee. "

"Got’i Hotel was great! The location was in a perfect spot, with so many local dining options and shops in walkable distance. We enjoyed their aperitif at the hotel, with great options for drinks. The room was very comfortable and perfect for a honeymoon retreat! Views on all sides of the building!"
